     DRUNKENNESS—Ann Harris, a tramp, was charged with being drunk and incapable in the Commercial-road, at twenty minutes past ten last night. The defendant said it was the first time, and she should never come here again. She walked from Petersfield yesterday. She was discharged on promising to leave town.—Mr. Pratt (to the defendant): Remember the Portsmouth beer is stronger than you get up the country.—(A laugh.)
