PETERSFIELD.

ACCIDENT AT A WEDDING.—Just as the ring of the merry church bells broke out at the conclusion of the wedding of Miss Bailey, of Sheet, to Mr. Adams, of London, by the Rev. R. E. Coles, at the parish church, on Tuesday, a sad accident occurred. It appears that as Mrs. Charlotte Budd (housekeeper to the late Mr. Flood), after witnessing the nuptial ceremony, with ‟Cum multis alias,” was returning from the church, when she, unfortunately, slipped up in the churchyard, by which her wrist was dislocated, and both bones of her arm were broken, who, we are glad to say, is going on well, under the skilful treatment of Mr. Cross.
