     WHEAT, Barley, Oats, Peas, Beans, Rye, Tares, Turnips, Mangold Wurzel, Carrots, Rye Grass, Clover not for Seed, FIVEPENCE per Acre.

     All parties who insured with this Company in the year 1864 will have a return made to them of 2d. per Acre on the above Crops, reducing the premium payable by them to Threepence per Acre.

     Premium on Seeds from 1s. 6d. per Acre and upwards.

     Premium on Glass, 1s. 3d. per 100 Square Feet.

Immediate payment after settlement of claim.

     The subscribed Capital of the Company, exclusive of a large Reserved Fund, now amounts to £50,000.

     Claims on the Company have been allowed in more than 500 cases, and upwards of £21,000 paid to Insurers. No charge is made for Stamp Duty.

     There has never in any case been any litigation in the Settlement of a Claim by this Company.

     RETURNS OF PREMIUM, varying from 33½ to 75 per cent. have been made to Insurers in this Company every 3d year.
