PETERSFIELD.]—ALTERATION OF POSTAL ARRANGEMENTS.—In consequence of the re-arrangement of the mail service for this district, letters will now be despatched at a much later hour, and may be posted up to 10 o’clock. This will of necessity involve much additional work for the postmasters, and we would suggest to our readers that they should continue to post early, and only avail themselves of the later hour in cases of emergency.
