PETERSFIELD.]—FORESTERS’ MEETING.—On Saturday last the Foresters of Liss held their annual meeting and fete day at the Spread Eagle. The day being fine, caused a large number of persons to be present. The Eastmeon band being engaged for the occasion, added much to the day’s enjoyment, and the provision made by mine host Hill gave the greatest satisfaction to all parties present, causing the day to pass off in a most convivial manner.
