PETERSFIELD.
A BARN AND WHEAT RICK BURNT DOWN.—On Thursday last, about 11 a.m., a fire was discovered upon a farm at Catherington, the property of Admiral Seymour, in the occupation of Mr. Robert H. Boys, by which a barn, and rick adjoining, estimated to contain 15 loads of wheat, was consumed. The origin of the fire id unknown, but a little more than suspicion attaches the cause to lucifer matches and children. It is satisfactory to note, the property was insured in the Royal Farmer’s Office.
