GOOD NEWS.—Cattle Plague Inquiry.—The return of the reported cases of cattle plague in Great Britain, published by authority of the Lords of the Privy Council, states that during the week ending the 3rd of August no cases of cattle plague have been reported from any part of Great Britain.
