IN RE PARR, OR PETERSFIELD.
The bankrupt was a cattle dealer, of Petersfield. The adjudication was made in prison. The debts are 1,052l.; no assets. Principal creditors—The Hampshire Bank, Petersfield 104l.; and Miss Parr, Wish-street, Southsea, 192l. This was an adjourned sitting for examination and discharge. At the last sitting the bankrupt was ordered to furnish a cash account, which he has done. There was no opposition. The bankrupt passed and obtained his order.

PETERSFIELD, Saturday, April 27.
LOCAL BANKRUPT.—In the London Bankruptcy Court, on Thursday, there was an adjourned sitting in the case of Charles Parr, cattle dealer, of this place, whose liabilities amount to £1052 17s. 5d. He had been ordered to file a cash, goods, and deficiency account for six months, and having complied therewith, he was now granted an order of discharge.

PARR.—On Thursday, before Mr. Commissioner Winslow. there was an adjourned examination and order of discharge sitting under the bankruptcy of Charles Parr, of Petersfield, cattle dealer, whoso numerous creditors reside at Petersfield, Havant, Alton, Weyhill, and Portsea. Mr. George White, solicitor, Portsea, appeared for the bankrupt, and Mr. Weller, Lincoln’s Inn, for the creditor’s assignee, Mr. James Fletcher, of Stoford, Wilts, sheep and cattle dealer. The statement of accounts filed by the bankrupt was thus summed up, viz.—To creditors unsecured, £1052 17s 5d, by property given to assignees, £2; deficiency £1050 17s 5d. The bankrupt, whose expenditure was stated to have been £100 per annum, had been twice previously adjourned to file a cash, goods, and deficiency account for six months, and the official assignees now reported that he had complied with the order of the Court, whereupon he passed his examination and was granted an order of discharge.
