LIEUTENANT-COLONEL JOSIAS ROGERS JOHN COLES, DECEASED.
PURSUANT, to an Act of Parliament, made and passed In the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the law of property, and to relieve trustees," Notice is Hereby Given,— That all persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of JOSlAS ROGERS JOHN COLES, late of Ditcham near Petersfield, in the county of Hants, and of Leicester, a Lieutenant-Colonel in Her Majesty's Army, deceased, who died on the 13th day of October, 1866, and whose will, with a codicil thereto, was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, on the 24th day of August, 1867, by Captain COWPER PHIPPS COLES, Royal Navy, and THOMAS ALLEN HICKLEY, Esquire, the executors named in the said will, are required to full particulars of their claims and demands, to Messrs. Clowes and Hickley, 10, King's Bench Walk, Temple, London, the solicitors to the said executors, on or before the 1st day of November, 1867, after which day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims, debts, and demands of which they, the said executors, shall then have had notice, and the said executors will not be answerable or liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim, debt, or demand they shall not then have had notice.
