PETERSFIELD.

CRICKET.—WESTBURY PARK v. PETERSFIELD.—Delightful cricketing weather inaugurated the first match between the above clubs, which was played in the Heath on Tuesday. The match was decided in favour of Petersfield on the first innings. We may, however, compliment the players of the former young club upon their first season’s performance against their well selected veteran opponents, both in the field and upon the score. A well catered spread was partaken of upon the ground, from the Dolphin Hotel, at two o’clock, and a most agreeable day was passed. Score;—
