DEATH AT THE UNION. — An inquest was held on Tuesday evening at the Board-room of the Portsea island Union, on the death of an inmate named John Cooper. From that time he frequently complained of a chest complaint. He was admitted to the hospital of the Union a few weeks ago, and died suddenly on Monday morning.
