WILLIAM SCOTT, ESQUIRE, DECEASED.

     Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vict., c. 35, intituled ‟An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees,” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all Persons having any CLAIMS or DEMANDS against or upon the ESTATE of WILLIAM SCOTT, late of Empshott Grange, near Petersfield, in the County of Southampton, Esquire, deceased, who died on the 19th day of December, 1864, and of whose personal estate and effects Letters of Administration were granted by the Principal Registry of Her Majesty’s Court of Probate, on the 7th day of February instant, to the Reverend JOHN AUBREY SCOTT, of West Tytherly, near Stockbridge, in the said County of Southampton, are required, on or before the 14th day of April next, to send in the particulars of such claims or demands to the said John Aubrey Scott, the Administrator, or to his solicitors, Messrs. POOLE and GAMLEN, of No. 3, Gray’s-inn- square, London; and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on, or soon after, the said 14th day of April next the said Administrator will proceed to DISTRIBUTE the ASSETS of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims or demands of which he shall then have notice; and the said Administrator will not be liable for any assets so distributed, or any part thereof, to any person of whose claim or demand he shall not have had notice previously to the time of such distribution.
