OUR NEW CORN EXCHANGE.—The intended opening of our new corn exchange by a public dinner upon a large scale, which was to have taken place a few weeks back, but for the untoward mishap which befell a portion of the ironwork in supporting the roof, and which consequently delayed the completion of the building, and prevented the intention at the time being carried out. We may now, however, report favourably of the progress by stating that the mischief which then occurred has been nearly renovated to completion, and that shortly the desired consummation will be effected.
