PETERSFIELD.
SHEET CHURCH.—DINNER TO THE WORKMEN.—It is pleasing to notice that after laying the foundation stone of the church, a very capital dinner (liberally given by the committee) was provided by host Bailey, at the Queen’s Head Inn, in the village at six o’clock, to which between 20 and 30 of the workmen employed upon the building sat down. Mr. Branson, foreman of the works presided, and toast, sentiment, and song passed gaily round.
