TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, at the ‟Spread Eagle” Inn, at Liss, near Petersfield, on Saturday, the 10th day of December, 1864, at Two o’clock in the afternoon, by

MR. G. ETHERINGTON, the following desirable plots of FREEHOLD TITHE FREE LAND.

Lot 1.—A parcel of Land, situate at Crocker Hill, near Rake, adjoining and being on the north side of the road leading from Liss to Rake Gate, and containing 1 rood and 30 perches. The purchaser is to fence against the road.

Lot 2.—A parcel of Land, separated from lot one by the road, and containing 1 rood and 32 perches. The purchaser is to fence against the road.

Lot 3.—Five acres (more or less), part of an Allotment situate on Rake Heath and adjoining Reed’d Farm, sufficient to realize a sum to be named by the Auctioneer at the time of sale. The purchaser is to fence against the remainder of the allotment.

   This sale being made for the purpose of raising money to defray inclosure expenses, lot tree will comprise so much only of the western side of the allotment shown on the plan coloured red, as may be necessary to raise the required amount.
