     HAVE received instructions from Mr. Eade, TO SELL BY AUCTION, at the Railway Hotel, Liss, on Friday, the 8th day of March, 1867, at four o’clock in the afternoon precisely (unless previously disposed of by private contract), or such conditions as shall be then produced, all those desirable and newly-erected PREMISES, consisting of Grocers’ Shop, Bakehouse, good oven, sitting room, kitchen, three good bed rooms, good garden, and out premises, situate near the Railway Station, at Liss, and now in the occupation of Mr. Eade.
The Property is Leasehold, and is held for a term of which 97½ years are unexpired, at a moderate ground rent.
