     MR. E. WYATT will SELL by AUCTION at the Bear Inn, Havant, on Friday, July 22nd, 1864, at Two for Three o’clock precisely, by direction of the Trustees under the Will of the late Mrs. E. Osborn, the following very valuable PROPERTIES, in Three Lots:—

     A substantial and well-built DWELLING-HOUSE, in the occupation of Mr. Robert Allen, situate on the north side of the East-street, Havant.

     Also the Freehold RECTORIAL TITHE-RENT CHARGE issuing out of Lands in the Parish of North Hayling, and commuted at 106l. 8s. 11d. per annum.

     And the Freehold RECTORIAL TITHE-RENT CHARGE issuing out of Lands in the Parish of Steep, near Petersfield, and commuted at 300l. per annum.
