TO be SOLD by TENDER, in four lots.—The UNDERWOOD now growing in Tyler’s and Millham’s Coppices at Steep, near Petersfield, Hants, consisting of about 23 Acres in the whole.
Also, in one lot, the UNDERWOOD now growing in part of Westwood, near Westmeon, Hants, consisting of about Six Acres.
A deposit of £20 per cent. to be paid on acceptance of the tender, and the remainder of the purchase money to be paid before any of the wood is cleared. The Underwood to be cut from the stem before the 20th March next, and to be cleared (by the roads to be pointed out) before the 1st May next.—To view the lots at Steep, apply to George Amey, at Steep, and the lot at Westwood to A.
