With a six-horse power STEAM ENGINE ATTACHED;

together with a substantial and convenient DWELLING HOUSE, Bakehouse, stable, cart house, and outbuildings, with Garden, Meadow, and Orchard, containing two acres, more or less, situate at Eastmeon, in the county of Southampton, and within three miles of the important market town of Petersfield.

     Possession will be given on completion of the purchase.
