JOHN TODMAN. Deceased.

     PURSUANT to an Act of Parliament, 22d and 23d Victoria, chap. 35, intituled “An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees,”— Notice is hereby given, —That all Creditors and other persons having any Debt or Claim on the Estate of JOHN TODMAN, late of Petersfield, in the county of Hants, Ironmonger and Blacksmith, deceased, (who died on the 30th day of March, 1866), are hereby required send in the particulars of such debt or claim to me, the undersigned, the solicitor to James Todman, and Joseph Todman, the Executors named in the will of the said John Todman, on or before the 23d day of August, 1866, at the expiration of which time the Executors will distribute the assets of the said testator amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts and claims of which they shall then have notice; and the said Executors will not be answerable or accountable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not have had notice at the time of distribution.

     All persons indebted to the estate of the said John Todman, deceased, are requested forthwith to pay the amounts of their respective debts to me the undersigned.
