JOHN HARFFEY, Deceased.
PURSUANT to the Act of Parliament made and passed in the 22d and 23d years of her Majesty Queen Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees," Notice hereby given,—That all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of JOHN HARFFEY, formerly of Petersfield, in the county of Southampton, and since of Rogate, in the county of Sussex, Grocer, Baker, and Wine and Spirit Merchant, deceased, who died on the 30th day of October, 1867, at Rogate aforesaid, and to whose personal estate and effects letters of administration were on the 7th day of February, 1868, granted out of the principal Registry of her Majesty’s Court of Probate to George Harffey, of Petersfield aforesaid, Grocer, the father of the deceased, are required to send in the particulars of their respective debts, claims, or demands, to the said administrator, at the office of me, the undersigned, his Solicitor, at Petersfield aforesaid, on or before the 31st day of March, 1868, at the expiration of which time the said Administrator will proceed to distribute or dispose of the assets of the said John Harffey among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts and claims of which the said Administrator shall then have had notice, and the said Administrator will not after that time be liable for the assets disposed of, or any part thereof, to any person whose debt, claim, or demand such Administrator shall not then have had notice.
