EDWARD BERRY, Deceased.
PURSUANT to the Act of Parliament made and passed in the 22d and 23d years of her Majesty Queen Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees," Notice is Hereby Given,—That all creditors and other persons having any CLAIMS or DEMANDS upon or against the estate of EDWARD BERRY, late of Waterloo, in the parish of Farlington, in the County of Hants, gentleman, deceased, who died on the 12th day of July, 1867, and whose Will was, on the 22nd day of August, 1867, proved in the Principal Registry of her Majesty’s Court of Probate by George Etherington and William Amey, the Executors therein named, are required to SEND in their respective Debts, Claims, in the County of Hants, on or before the 31st day of March, 1868, at the expiration of which time the said Executors will proceed to distribute or dispose of the assets of the said Edward Berry among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Debts and Claims of which the said Executors shall then have had notice. And the said Executors will not after that time be liable for the assets disposed of, or any part thereof, to any person whose Debt, Claim, or Demand the said Executors shall not then have had notice.
