JOHN FLOOD. Deceased.
PURSUANT to an Act of Parliament of the 22d and 23d Victoria, cap. 35, intituled “An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees,” Notice is hereby Given,—That all Creditors and other Persons having any Claims or Demands against or upon the Estate of JOHN FLOOD, late of Petersfield, in the County of Southampton, Gentleman (who died on the 5th day of June, 1867, and whose Will was proved in the District Registry at Winchester of her Majesty's Court of Probate, on the 20th day of June, 1867, by FLOOD CHAPMAN, of Alresford, in the said County of Southampton, the surviving Executor named in the said Will), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their Debts, Claims, or Demands upon or against the Estate of the said John Flood, to the said Executor, at the office of his solicitors, Messrs. Blackmore and Son, of Alresford on or before the 12th day of November, 1867, after which day the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Debts, Claims, and Demands, of which he, the said Executor, shall then have had notice. And that the said Executor will not be answerable or liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose Debt, Claim, or Demand, he shall not then have had notice.
