PARISH OF EASTMEON.
NOTICE is Hereby Given,—That on the Twenty-sixth day of June next, application will be made to Her Majesty’s Justices of the Peace, assembled at Quarter Sessions in and for the County of Southampton, at Winchester, for an ORDER for STOPPING up as unnecessary a certain HIGHWAY in the said parish, called ‟The Old Down Road,” commencing at the westernmost end or portion of a certain lane in the Parish of Privett, called ‟Ham Lane,” and extending from thence towards and unto the Petersfield and Winchester Turnpike-road, and that the certificate of two Justices having viewed the same, et cetera, and stating why such highway is unnecessary, with the plan of the said highway, will be lodged with the Clerk of the Peace for the said county on the Twenty-seventh day of May next.
Given under the Common Seal of the Highway Board of the Petersfield Highway District this Thirteenth day of April, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-five.
