REDISTRIBUTION OF SEATS’ BILL.—A petition has this week been in course of signature to the House of Commons, against the grouping of the borough Petersfield with the towns of Horsham, Arundel, and Midhurst, in the county of Sussex, praying to retain still the ancient franchise in our own county of Hants, and which we hear has been freely subscribed to.
