HANTS CONSTABULARY
THE COUNTY FINANCE COMMITTEE are prepared to receive Tenders from Persons willing to supply the County Police Horses with good, sweet, clean, OATS, weighing not less than 37lb. a bushel, for one year, from the 1st. prox., to be delivered carriage free, and in such quantities as the Chief Constable may from time to time direct, at the following railway or police stations.
Oats of the harvest of 1865 will not be received before the 1st of November.
Tenders to include the use of sacks.
The quantity required will be about 250 quarters.

Tenders to be delivered at the Chief Constable’s Office, Winchester, on or before the 19th inst.
The names of two sureties willing to become bound for the due performance of the contract must accompany each Tender.
The committee do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any Tender.
