THE CATTLE PLAGUE.—The report of the Chief Inspector for the week ending April 7th, gives Alton, Andover, Fareham, New Forest, Petersfield, Ringwood, Romsey, and Winchester divisions as free from this disease. In the other divisions 52 have been attacked since January 14, and of these 16 have been killed, 28 died, and eight have recovered, while seven healthy animals have been slaughtered by order of divisional committees.
