BANKRUPTCY.—At the last Bankruptcy Court, Wiilliam Albery, of Petersfield, came up for his final examination before C. J. Gale, Esq., supported by Mr. Paffard. One of the creditors appeared to oppose, when Mr. Paffard asked if he had proved his debt? The creditor replied in the negative. The bankrupt was accordingly discharged.
