In the House of Commons, last night, a number of the members of the new Government having taken the oaths and their seats, a variety of notices were given, including one from Mr. GLADSTONE, that on Thursday he would move that the order of the day for going into committee on the Representation of the People Bill should be discharged. New writs were then ordered for Bridgnorth, Peebleshire, East Suffolk, Petersfield, and Hertfordshire, to supply the vacancies caused by the recent changes.
