Genteel FURNITURE and HOUSEHOLD EFFECTS.
TO be SOLD by AUCTION, by Messrs. GODWIN and SON, on Tuesday the 31st of August, 1852, —The whole of the genuine HOUSEHOLD EFFECTS, on the premises, disposed of in consequence of the residence being let unfurnished.
The catalogue will particularise the very genteel equipment of dining room, drawing room, study, five best and family bed rooms, three servants bed rooms, entrance hall, kitchen, butler’s pantry, housekeeper’s room, servant’s hall, &c. including best Brussels carpets and rugs, handsome fenders and fire-irons, damask window curtains, rosewood and mahogany dining, loo, and occasional tables; set of chairs, couches, easy chair, chiffonier, chimney glass, sideboard, library table, hall table, floor cloth, &c.; three four-post and five other bedsteads, with genteel hangings; excellent feather beds and betiding, and good mahogany and japanned chamber furniture; the usual culinary articles, and requisites for the offices, with a complement of neat china and glass; also stable bin, pails, iron garden roller, tools, &c.
To commence at twelve o’clock, and the lots may be inspected the day preceding the sale.
