On Tuesday, February 28th, 1865, at the Red Lion Hotel, Petersfield, at two o’clock in the afternoon,—

—   Lot 1. All the desirable BUSINESS PREMISES, situate in the High-street of the flourishing market town of Petersfield, late in the occupation of Mr. Samuel Minchin, where a good business has been carried on for the last 25 years, comprising a capital shop, office, two parlours, kitchen, scullery, six good bedrooms, and a good cellar.

   These premises are held on a lease for the residue of a term of 10,000 years, computed from the 19th of September, 1808, at the rent of a peppercorn and estimated as of the annual value of £45 per annum.

—   Lot 2. Two Freehold Birch and Slate-built TENEMENTS, with wood and other outhouses, and gardens, in the occupation of Mr. James Sever and Charles Marshall, situate at Maiden Marsh, in the parish of Rogate, producing a rental of £9 2s. per annum.

—   Lot 3. One Stone and Brick ditto, in the occupation of Mr. Blunden, adjoining the same property as sold, producing a rental of £4 11s. per annum.

—   Lot 4. Two Brick and Slate TENEMENTS near Durford Mill, one let to Mr. G. Knight, and the other un-occupied, producing a rental of £9 2s. per annum.

     The three last lots are all entitled to a vote for the Western Division of Sussex.
